Return & Refund Policy
At Rugi Nest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your rug, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The rug must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and without any odors or pet hair).
It must have all original tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received the wrong item or a damaged product), Rugi Nest will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. You will incur no costs.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the color doesn't match your decor, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. You must purchase your own shipping label from a carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Restocking Fees: Rugi Nest does not charge any restocking fees on returns.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at support@ruginest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Address: Please ship your returns to our facility at:
765 Ellington Rd, Oxford, GA 30054-2822, United States. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Customized or personalized products.
Final sale or clearance items.
