1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the following business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- Standard Shipping:
Transit time: 4–7 business days, flat rate $6.99 USD, free shipping on orders over $99 USD.
Delivery estimates: 5–9 business days.
- Expedited Shipping:
Transit time: 2–4 business days, flat rate $14.99 USD.
Delivery estimates: 3–6 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal volumes.
3. Shipping Locations & Restrictions
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Carriers
To ensure secure and fast delivery, we partner with reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Rugi Nest reserves the right to choose the most efficient carrier based on the destination and service selected.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also monitor your order status through our "Track Your Order" page on our website.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately:
Email: support@ruginest.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable).
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
