    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    Do you ship internationally? 

    At this time, Rugi Nest only ships to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days, flat rate $6.99 USDfree shipping on orders over $99 USD.

    Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days, flat rate $14.99 USD.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes 4–7 business days. Expedited and Express options are available if you need your rug sooner.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey to your home.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    Is my payment secure?

    Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant to ensure your financial information is 100% protected.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Please contact us at support@ruginest.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has entered the processing stage, we may not be able to cancel it.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your rug to request a return. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

    Do I have to pay for return shipping?
    • If the rug is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

    • For change of mind or incorrect size/color selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Is there a restocking fee?

    No. Rugi Nest does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

    PRODUCT CARE

    How do I clean my new rug?

    Most of our rugs can be maintained with regular vacuuming. For spills, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Please refer to the specific care label on the back of your rug for detailed instructions.
