Returns & Refunds Policy
At RugiNest, every rug is crafted with care, and your satisfaction matters most to us.
If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make things right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your country of residence is outside the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of defective or damaged items, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Custom-made or personalized rugs,
Clearance or final-sale items,
Gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Return Shipping Costs
For all eligible returns (excluding defective or incorrect items), a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@ruginest.com.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
