Order Processing Time

At RugiNest, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all contiguous U.S. states.
At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
You can also check your order status anytime through our Track Your Order page by entering your order number and email address.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable shipping partners such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.
RugiNest reserves the right to choose the carrier based on service availability and delivery destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packing and shipping your rugs.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Please contact us at support@ruginest.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged package (if applicable).

  3. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

RugiNest is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, estimated delivery times will be clearly stated on the product page.
Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available, and you will receive an update via email.
