Time to Process an Order
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible at RugiNest.
All orders are handled in one to two business days (Monday through Saturday, not including holidays).
Orders made after 3:00 PM (CST) will be handled the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will get an email to confirm it.
If we get a lot of orders, it may take us an extra 1–2 business days to process them.

Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days
Cost: Free shipping on all orders in the U.S.
Fast shipping takes 2 to 4 business days and costs $8.00 USD.
Please keep in mind that delivery times are only estimates and may change based on where you live, delays with the carrier, or the weather.

Tracking Your Order
You will get an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package once it has shipped.
You can also check the status of your order at any time by going to our Track Your Order page and entering your email address and order number.
At RugiNest, every rug is crafted with care, and your satisfaction matters most to us.
If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make things right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your country of residence is outside the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
