We stand behind the quality of our rugs and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right with an easy and transparent return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized rugs

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@ruginest.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Carefully package the rug and ship it back using a trackable carrier.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), RugiNest covers the return shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping method, as RugiNest is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ruginest.com.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on your preference.

Exchanges

At this time, RugiNest does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired rug.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
